The July 2007 mouse (Mus musculus) genome assembly (NCBI37/mm9) and BLAT servers have been added to the system.
The Xenopus genome browser service provided by the Vertebrate Systems Laboratory at the Francis Crick Institute has moved to new physical servers. We've also used this opportunity to update the genome browser software. If you have any problems, please contact someone in the Vertebrate Systems Laboratory.
